BSNL’s entry level unlimited broadband plan 249 is a post paid plan applicable for all new customers. By taking this plan users can enjoy high speed unlimited broadband with download speed upto 2 Mbps till 1 GB download. After completion of 1 GB download limit, users can enjoy broadband speed upto 1 Mbps for the rest of the days in the month. Additionally, users can also avail unlimited free calls between 9PM to 7PM & on all Sundays, to any network in India.

Terms and conditions for providing “Experience Unlimited BB 249” Plan
Following are the terms and conditions applicable for providing “Experience Unlimited BB 249” Plan:
- The plan shall be available only for the new Broadband customers.
- The plan shall also be available on FTTH with the same tariff.
- Installation charges shall be waived off during promotional period.
- After six months, plan shall be converted to 'BBG Combo ULD 499' plan. Customer's consent in this regard shall be taken at the time of CAF filling.
- To curb the tendency of existing Broadband customers to disconnect existing BB connection & take new BB connection through this low value BB plan route, same landline indicator shall not be allotted to such customers.The same shall be ensured by ITPC/Circles.
- All other charges shall be as per existing.
